Living Sacred Earth: The Human Journey — Cultivating Intuition and Alchemy

What is Living Sacred Earth?

The origin of the word sacred means ‘to make holy,’ and the origin of holy is to ‘make whole.’ Holy comes from the 11th century Old English word hālig, it was an adjective derived from hāl meaning ‘whole’ and used to mean uninjured, sound, healthy, entire and/or complete.’

To live Sacred Earth is to heal the injured and make whole the being: body, mind, spirit and soul. It is through reconnecting with our intuitive intelligence that we reunite with the primordial field of consciousness, the unified field or unity consciousness. It is through relationship with the intuitive field we find the wisdom of connection for wholeness. It is where we learn again about healthy connection, connection sourced in mutual respect. Mutual respect is the resonance patterning of wholeness. It is connection that honors and celebrates the unique quality of the individual nature. Our injuries are really our challenges in life meant to guide us toward our wholeness. It is in this primordial field that multi layered healing takes place helping us come into that wholeness or into our power. In this dance with our challenges we uncover the potential gift of wisdom that is buried within the challenge and guidance for what we are meant to give form to in this life. When we courageously face our demons we are meeting the opportunity that life is offering us. What inspires us as we heal is what we get to create and give form to.

Another facet of Living Sacred Earth is living one’s life in a way that is conscious and honoring of what it is to be a human being. What does it look like to create your life so that you are making the most of this time on Earth? Living in a way of actualizing your mental and spiritual potentiality in relationship to the brilliance and potentiality that lives in your physical body. What does it mean to be a physical being and a part of the living Earth?

As an intuitive consultant working one on one with clients and as a teacher of intuitive development teaching the living sacred earth course work, I am working with individuals who are interested in developing their fullest potential this lifetime. The classes teach intuitive development in a grounded way so that you can bring into action or make living the inspirations of your life.  It is also a place where you can begin the practice of learning the voice and wisdom of intuition, which is how you come to know your inner-landscape.

Through the work we support you to discover who you are from a sacred standpoint and to come to recognize and know the healing power of Nature and Spirit more fully. The voice of the body will teach you about the brilliance of Nature, as the body is a pure expression of Nature. The human body is Earth brilliance and if you learn its voice it has the potential to guide your Earth journey helping you align with the brilliance of the sacred web of life to make manifest your potential.

Living Sacred Earth is choosing to make time, despite the many distractions and constant pull of culture, to discover what you’re doing here in this life and what is the medicine you bring to this world. For the most part, there are more questions here than answers.  Some questions being, How does one live in a mutually regenerative way with Body, Earth and Nature? What is the true potential of the human body? What is your true potential as an individual being? What is the healing rhythm of a human life so one can know fulfillment and achievement of purpose and the joy of connection in the sacred web of life?

The answer to these questions is unique to each of us and so we each embark on our own mythic quest or what Joseph Campbell named the hero’s journey to find the power within. The hero’s journey is initiated through challenges brought forth to meet us and it is through facing our challenges that we find our true power and medicine. This is how we make the hero manifest.

Primordial Waters of the Feminine

The language of soul and body, which is intuition, is found in the primordial waters of the feminine. This is where the power and wisdom of ones own being is found. This is the water where your medicine is revealed to you. Every being is fully capable and equipped for accessing their souls and bodies guidance.  In fact, we are designed to be guided in this way.  We are designed to have our intuition help guide us through life. Intuition is the first language of all beings, and we all know it as children. It is not the language of our species within our culture.  It is the primordial expression of relationship within the whole web of life.

We must walk consciously only part way toward our goal, and then leap in the dark to our success.

LIving Sacred Earth - Dr. Catherine Boland. Milky Way Galaxy

Historically, rites of initiation have been an essential part of living sacred Earth. Initiation is tradition where we develop the practice of learning to navigate the primordial waters of sacred mystery. Initiation rites are essential to finding the power within. Unfortunately, relationship to the primordial field of the feminine and initiatory teaching about how to navigate the unified field, or sacred web; have been lost in our culture. It is time to live more deeply and fully again by reclaiming the intuitive passage of life by learning to go into stillness to navigate the sacred dark. So often this hunger for connection with the primordial waters of the feminine has people seeking a relationship with the dark in harmful ways. There is a deep longing for this practice of plunging into mystery. This hunger lives in our cells and calls us toward connection with our genuine power.  Power is not dominance or control. Power is the path of wisdom where we learn to meet the challenges and pain in life, turning the lead to gold.  It is the courage to face our own fear and demons. They are the guardians of our power.

As R.M. Rilke says: Our deepest fears are but dragons guarding our deepest treasures.

It is in these deep sacred waters of the feminine that we find our way home to wisdom. We learn the very real language of Nature and Mystery. By learning ourselves and teaching our children how to face their fears and meet challenge, we are providing them and ourselves an opportunity for a successful and fulfilling life.  It is cultivating a way of life where one is growing ever more deeply rooted in the foundations of wise living.  Living Sacred Earth is a way of living. It is the intention of the classes and consultations, to help you develop this practice and way of living, as it is uniquely right for you. In the time we share, we come together held in the waters of mutual respect and cultivate, in essence, the conscious dance of sacred alchemy; bringing creativity into form, shadow into light and thus making potential manifest.
